The material provided was extremely helpful. It was well planned out with clear directions. The power points and videos were impressive. Each subject had its own materials prep packaged ready to hand out for the students. Para Educators really enjoyed working with STEAM Station.

I had a good time teaching the steam presentations and lessons and altogether I think the students enjoyed these projects.

The STEAM piece of the program was wonderful! Students were engaged and great opportunity for hands-on experiments that they don’t always get. Also, low numbers (10-15 students per class) which made the literacy portion productive and impactful in the classroom.

Incorporation of STEM and Physical Ed play allowed students to feel connected and energized about attending the program. The activities that were provided during the extended day were engaging and often talked about the next day in class. The program teachers were excited to be with the students each day.

The kids seemed to like the theme and enjoy the books that we read during the summer. I think it was great that the morning was broken up the way it was. The kids really enjoyed the STEAM time and the games outside as well.

I had a positive experience watching my students explore and invent during their scheduled STEAM time. It was very exciting and engaging for the students. I also felt students had many great support staff there such as an on-site counselor. That was a huge benefit.

I absolutely loved all the literature books selected to design my lessons around! But, most importantly, I believe the students really enjoyed the books too! They all tied so well to the overall theme! The science lessons were very appropriate, engaging, and interesting for my students. They eagerly looked forward to the hands-on science experiments each day!

What a fun program for our students. It was so engaging with STEAM, Pentathalon, reading an engaging novel, and enrichment. This was the best summer program I've been a part of. I believe this was a huge benefit.

The STEAM was a complete hit. Students were extremely engaged, and Ms. J did an excellent job delivering the curriculum.
